No weight loss

Ohh no weight loss… I have stuck to my diet. No sweets or soda (my downfalls) no lbs gone. Oh well I’m still sticking to this. Somedays it so hard.

Can I blog about anything going on in my life or is this strickly weight loss. Boy sometimes I reeeallly need to blow off steam. But I wont do it here if this is only weight loss issues.

I have a date night with dh tonight and we are going to Fridays for dinner with no childrenit has been so long since we have gone anywhere to eat that doesnt have a drive thru I think i will check out thier menu on line 1st and have my mind made up before we even walk in so that way I can stick to my diet.

    That’s a good idea about looking at the menu.  I ate at Firdays for the first time a few weeks ago and their menu is a little overwhelimg.  There’s a lot on it.  GOOD GOING!

    It is hard sometimes.  Just hang in there and stay strong.  You won’t regret it. The pounds will eventually come off.  Yes, this is a weightloss site but we all blog about life here too so feel free! 

    Good idea on having your mind made up before going to the restaurant.

    Hi Cindy, great idea looking at the menu before you go becuase if you go there hungry not knowing before hand a healthy choice you might make an unhealthy choice!! I looked up TGI Friday’s menu and they do have a low fat and low carb menu. The low fat menu items contain only  10g of fat and about 500 calories that includes Dragonfire Chicken and Zen Chicken Pot Stickers. They also have a low Carb menu which includes the Sizzling Chix and Broccoli (17 carbs) and Shrimp Key West (12 carbs). I hope you and your husband enjoy your night out alone! HAVE FUN!!

    Are you eating breakfast?  I was working out and starving myself and believe me that doesn’t work…check out my blog on weight lost and eating that will help.  Also sometimes we lose inches.  I didn’t lose but a pound last week I felt bad but then I realized I lost mega inches and after all those inches falling off help our clothes fit better! SMILE

    Blow off steam girl, we all need to from time to time! there are even forums on here if thats what you feel like doing. Enjoy your meal, eat it slowly and don’t feel like you have to finish the entire plate if you’re full before it’s empty. But most of all…ENJOY!
