Nighttime snacking

One of my problems is the nighttime snacking. I have a 10 month old son who is teething and he is waking up a couple times at night for a bottle. I always end up snacking at that time too. Does anyone know how I can get pass this or any ideas on something that I can snack on that wont ruin my diet.

What about if you kept chopped up (or roasted) veggies in the fridge? They’re crunchy and really low on calories… or just fruit… or cottage cheese? They say that cottage cheese is great for these things because proteins take longer to digest… If you are into sweets, here’s what I do - I make sure to always keep home made fruit compote in the fridge. Right now, it’s rhubarb and strawberry compote…

    Good luck!
