Today is the day
Today is the day… I am starting my diet. I tried on my swimsuit and yech!! My husband has a family reunion at the end of July at the beach. I want to lose weight before then. I have done ok today. My downfall is sweets. But so far I havent ate any and stuck to what is good for me.

Welcome to the WWW (Wonderful World of Weightloss)!! If you’ll drink lots of water and watch what you eat while adding in some kind of physical activity everyday…you WILL lose weight!
I’m glad you have something to look forward to…having to put on a swimsuit is powerful motivation.
